Screening for lifestyle risks, including alcohol misuse, depression, diet, tobacco, obesity, lack of physical activity, STD, drugs.
Screening for chronic diseases, including cholesterol, hypertension, osteoporosis, diabetes.

Including sprains, minor lacerations, sport related injuries, acute asthma issues, insect bites.
Aesthetics
Botox, skin procedures, skin tag removals.
Allergy Testing
In office allergy testing and treatment. You may be allergic if you are experiencing itchy, watery or dry eyes, hay fever, chronic sinus, nasal congestion, wheezing or coughing, sneezing or running nose.

What insurances do you accept?
Medicare, BCBS PPO, UnitedHealthcare PPO, Humana PPO, Cigna, Maxor (Caprock). Please note, we cannot take HMO, HME, EPO, Tricare, Aetna, Multiplan.
In case of emergency, will you be able to see me at a hospital?
We have a medical team that handles hospital admissions at the Christus Santa Rosa Hospital. In case of emergency, they will have access to your medical history. We will be coordinating your care and post-discharge follow ups.
I am only getting voicemail option after several calls. Is this expected?
Depending on day/time/staff availability, not all calls can be answered. Fastest way to communicate is the Portal. If you need to talk to someone, please leave a voicemail. We handle most messages same day. When you leave a message, we can triage to medical or billing personnel who is most appropriate for your case and able to address your question(s) in a single callback. Questions & Answers
Can I view my medical information online, including visit summaries and lab results?
Yes, we encourage patients to use our secure patient portal where you can review your information, view visit summaries, review lab results, send and receive messages to your doctor, and much more. You will be provided access information during your visit.
Do you handle lab work at the office and if not, where do you send patients for labs?
Yes, we do labs in the office.
